Shipping policy

In-store pickup is available during our normal business hours.  Please contact us at keillorsbears@gmail.com to schedule an appointment outside of these times.  Please bring a copy of your order confirmation email with you.  

Shipping rates will be calculated and applied to your order at checkout.  Please allow 1-2 days for processing before the order is shipped.  A confirmation will be sent once the order is shipped, generally through USPS.  

We will do our best to ship orders in as few packages as necessary but due to the dimensions of some of our products this may not always be possible.
